Spa Vision celebrates its 10th birthday with new consultancy offering

This month, Spa Vision will be celebrating 10 years in business. The company, founded by Neil Owen and Susan Auld in 2006, has grown over the past decade into a leading spa, beauty and wellness supplier providing services to many of the world’s finest facilities and operators.

The company has grown year on year since its inception and Susan suggests that their success has largely been down to their prior experience as operators within the spa, hotel and leisure sector.

"We truly believe that our experience as operators with both large corporate as well as privately run hotels has helped us understand what our clients really need. There’s no substitute for experience and I believe we have this in abundance along with smart business people working within our organisation.

"Having the experience is great, however, delivering on your promise and supporting your client’s needs throughout the process is essential and we believe we do this better than most."

As well as providing businesses globally with equipment and furniture solutions, Spa Vision over the last 12 months has added a consultancy arm to its offering, coinciding with the arrival of new director Colin Cameron, previously the owner of Spa Developments Consultancy.

Colin, who will be driving the consultancy offering, comments: "Spa Vision has always organically provided its clients with added value support and knowledge as part of its day to day offering and it is now positioned to offer a full service package from concept and design through to operational support."

Neil is delighted with the acquisition of Spa Developments Consultancy, adding: "We’ve known Colin for a long time, are fully aware of his capabilities and he’s certainly a welcome addition to the team."

His knowledge is already paying dividends with Spa Vision working on several projects globally.

Neil adds: "The beauty for the clients is that they can tap into the consultancy offering and the equipment offering or indeed cherry pick the services they require. This is another factor we believe that differentiates us from other organisations in the market."

Spa Vision will also be releasing exciting news about its further expansion in the coming weeks.
