Spa and activity management software provider SpaSoft has appointed Erica Mullery as its new president.
Mullery has been a part of the Jonas Club Software family (SpaSoft’s parent company) for 25 years holding various leadership positions, with her most recent role as Jonas Club’s vice president of operations. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience within the hospitality tech industry.
As president, she’ll be responsible for leading the company's strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring that SpaSoft continues to provide exceptional products and services to its clients.
“Erica’s dedication, experience in the hospitality tech industry and passion for leading a successful team make her the ideal candidate to guide SpaSoft into the future,” says Mark Loyd, Jonas Hospitality group leader.
