SpaSoft's upgrade allows multi-location spas to manage all locations from one database
Springer-Miller Systems, a provider of guest-centric spa management and hospitality software solutions, has announced a new upgrade for its SpaSoft Management System.

The new version allows larger spa operators with multiple locations to manage all of its spas from a single database. It also lets guest profiles be shared across different spa locations, allowing spas to enhance the visitor experience by providing its guests with personalised customer service.

Other features of the software include resource management, activity scheduling, internet booking, waitlist management and turnaway tracking, group booking, club membership and inventory management.

Michelle Young, vice president of sales and marketing at Springer-Miller Systems said: “Due to the competitive nature of the market, spas are highly focused on actionable data to manage their business.

"Spa directors need immediate access to their important data and analytics in order to make timely business decisions. SpaSoft Enterprise provides that competitive edge with actionable, enterprise level data.”

SpaSoft integrates into various spa management systems including hotel property management systems, credit card and gift card processors, back office systems and membership billing.

Springer-Miller Systems, a provider of guest-centric spa management and hospitality software solutions, has announced a new upgrade for its SpaSoft Management System.
