Swedish manufacturer Tylö has unveiled a new sauna and steam bathing system for facilities where space is an issue.
Covering a total of only 13.9sq ft (1.3sq m) of floor space, the minimalistic i1309 sauna and i110/c steam shower units have enough space inside for two adults and have all the functions of larger, more conventional sauna cabins and steamrooms, including built-in LED lighting, a hygrometer and thermometer.
There is also the option of two different sauna heaters with the i1309 so it can be kitted out as either a traditional sauna or to include a steam sauna while the benches are made from heat treated dark ash.
Meanwhile, the fully glazed i110/c corner unit combines a multi-functional shower column incorporating a control panel with 100 per cent humidity steam bathing, to a maximum temperature of 45˚C.
