W3Spa EMEA, produced by We Work Well Events, represents the next generation of hosted buyer events – connecting like-minded leaders in the spa and wellness industry through pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings and energising activities.

Buyers are carefully selected and thoroughly vetted to include highly qualified spa directors representing top resorts and hotels across the EMEA region. Vendor partners span product categories that are actively driving innovation across the global wellness market.

“This year’s theme, ‘Zest for Success: Fresh Ideas, Bold Action,’ sets the tone for an engaging and inspired experience,” says Monica Helmstetter, founder of We Work Well. “We’re challenging our attendees to bring fresh ideas, sharp thinking and vibrant energy to W3Spa EMEA – so they can form stronger, more authentic business relationships. That’s the mission for all events by We Work Well.”

Taking place between 3-6 June 2025 at the Hilton Malta, this year’s edition promises a vibrant gathering of over 100 carefully selected attendees from 21 countries, including top-tier spa directors from luxury properties across 15-plus EMEA countries.

Attendees can look forward to a powerful line-up of suppliers from innovative categories including skincare and cosmetics, textiles and linen, fitness and wellness equipment, furniture and design, software and booking systems, as well as wellness technology solutions.

Prestigious global brands will be represented, including Accor, The Bannatyne Group, Banyan Group, Champneys, Corinthia Hotels, Four Seasons, Hilton, Jumeirah, Kempinski, LDC Hotels and Resorts, Raffles, Surrenne, and many others.

The Hilton Malta is a luxurious five-star resort that provides an ideal setting with state-of-the-art meeting spaces and expansive outdoor areas – designed to support wellbeing while encouraging meaningful business development.
