Spa, fitness and hospitality buyer event company We Work Well has appointed Dany Brind’Amour as its first event director for its US wellness conference branch, W3Spa North America.
A Montreal native, Brind’Amour’s career has spanned the globe, from North America to Europe, where he has collaborated with established brands including Babor, Comfort Zone and G.M. Collin.
We Work Well co-founders Monica Helmstetter and Lucy Hugo believe Dany Brind’Amour’s strategic vision, entrepreneurial drive, and passion for wellness make him the perfect choice to lead W3Spa North America into its next phase of growth.
They emphasized that Brind’Amour’s appointment reflects their dedication to the U.S. spa and wellness industry and their deep understanding of the strategic opportunities in this rapidly expanding sector.

2025 W3Spa Event Calendar
W3Spa will host three events in 2025:
• W3Spa North America: April 14-17 at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, Georgia, US.
• W3Spa North America: November 9-12 at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, California, US.
• W3Spa EMEA: June 3-6 at Hilton Malta, St Julian’s, Malta.
All three events will bring together like-minded leaders in the global spa, beauty and wellness industry through scheduled meetings, interactive education sessions and purpose-driven networking experiences.
W3Spa is the sister event of We Work Well’s two other hosted buyer conferences which target the fitness and hospitality markets; W3Fit and W3Hospitality.
