Spa software company, Zenoti, is partnering with RUSH Hair and Beauty Salons to provide advanced salon management solutions.
RUSH Hair and Beauty is one of the UK’s largest salon brands operating more than 90 salons, with a network of company and franchise-owned locations. During their closure as a part of the COVID-19 lockdown, the RUSH management team began an ambitious plan to completely overhaul the client-side experience, creating a new and improved RUSH.
With safety as their utmost priority upon relaunch, the team researched the best salon updates to protect clients and team members while retaining a welcoming experience and excellent results.
Their search ended when they discovered the client-focused benefits of Zenoti’s all-in-one digital solution.
With Zenoti, RUSH management can access key reporting across all locations – company and franchise-owned – on one platform.
Seamless integration of accounting and other internal systems, fully supported by Zenoti, allows RUSH to compare service and product revenue by locations, flagging areas of success and improvement.
Zenoti’s marketing automation solutions also allows RUSH management to create relevant, client-first brand messages while maintaining flexibility by location.
The software allows RUSH to drive business performance by delivering the right message to the right customer at the right moment through Zenoti Smart Marketing, using tailored messages for individual locations.
Through seamless integration with Shopify, Zenoti will also support RUSH’s eCommerce rollout, while allowing for consolidated data across locations, improving inventory management, sales and reporting.
In addition, gift cards powered by Zenoti were also launched for the company, allowing clients to gift a RUSH experience for the first time with just a few clicks. RUSH’s client experience overhaul culminates in a customer app and the addition of a RUSH Rewards programme, both launching soon.
The new client-first mobile experience will offer guests the ability to book, reschedule, add or remove services, and manage their loyalty points within a RUSH Rewards account, all through an elegant and easy-to-use interface. “RUSH is thrilled to utilise an all-in-one digital solution that helps us scale without compromising on the high-quality brand image we worked so hard to build,” says RUSH chair, Andy Phouli.
