Energy Revive brings music into the treatment room in a purposeful way, helping therapists work with greater flow and intention while offering guests a truly modern, sensory-led experience
– Freddie Moross, founder of Myndstream

Spa industry trainer and wellness educator Christine Clinton has collaborated with health and wellness music provider Myndstream to create a self-guided treatment training protocol called Energy Revive.

Delivered as either a 60-minute standalone therapy or a 30-minute treatment, the protocol combines breathwork, heat, aromatherapy and energy techniques with specially-composed functional music.

The Energy Revive soundscape has been developed by Myndstream to match the energy and rhythm of the treatment.

The protocol will teach therapists how to use music to enhance guest relaxation and provide nervous system regulation.

The ritual draws inspiration from the yellow quartz crystal called citrine, which is said to have uplifting qualities and is associated with positive energy. The therapy has been designed to promote a sense of clarity, vitality and balance for both the guest and the therapist.

Clinton, who has more than 35 years’ experience in the health and wellness sector as an international trainer, said: "Energy Revive is about creating space for guests and therapists to reconnect, recharge and deliver an experience that feels effortless yet transformative.

“Music is the guide – it helps you find the rhythm, the flow and the confidence to make every treatment feel intentional,” she added. “The Energy Revive Soundscape provides structure, timing and emotional direction, helping practitioners maintain focus while supporting guests in relaxing, resetting and recharging," she added.

Training protocol package

The protocol, priced at US$100 (€92, £79), includes:

  • A training video that includes an introduction to energy medicine, aromatherapy and how to use self-heating eye masks to enhance each treatment.

  • The Energy Revive training manual, which features step-by-step instructions on how to deliver the full 60-minute treatment and how to adapt it for the shorter 30-minute option.

  • One month’s free access to Myndstream Music – to access Energy Revive soundscapes and others designed for spa and wellness environments.

  • Social media assets for marketing purposes

  • A certification of completion

The one-day self-guided training protocol is designed for therapists qualified to international Level 3 standards (IHBC, NVQ, VTCT/ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent).

The two lengths of treatment offer spas versatility when it comes to programming – either as a full treatment or a spa menu enhancement.

Freddie Moross, founder of Myndstream, said: “As our industry evolves, therapists need tools that support both their skillset and their wellbeing. Energy Revive brings music into the treatment room in a purposeful way, helping therapists work with greater flow and intention while offering guests a truly modern, sensory-led experience.”
