The Ramside Hall Hotel in Durham, UK, which will open a new spa facility on-site later this year as part of a £16m investment plan, has appointed its senior staff members to ensure the spa is a success.
Jill Russell, former spa revenue manager at Rockliffe Hall near Darlington, has been named spa director of the
new Ramside Hall Spa – that is set to feature products and treatments by ESPA.
Anthony Woodhouse has become general manager for spa and leisure at the new facility, following leisure-related roles at Newcastle’s Village Hotel and the Copthorne Hotel, among others.
Phillipa Donnison, again from Rockliffe Hall, is Ramside Hall’s guest services manager at the spa.
