ISPA is partnering with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to offer pro bono virtual coaching sessions for its members to support them during reopening.

The sessions are offered through the ICF Coaches for Good initiative designed to help businesses work towards reopening and equip them with the tools to do so successfully and confidently.

Through this partnership, ISPA members have been pre-approved to receive support from an international group of over 1,000 ICF coaches – offering services in more than 30 languages, through the ICF Coaches for Good initiative.

The initiative was established to help individuals and organisations around the world navigate the challenges presented by the pandemic. Its early focus will be on businesses and nonprofits in those sectors most severely affected by the pandemic, including the travel, hospitality and foodservice industries.

“We’re thrilled about the support that members will receive through this initiative,” said ISPA president Lynne McNees.

“The personalised coaching provided will be an invaluable resource for those in our industry, and we encourage our members to take advantage of this partnership.”

To gain access to the sessions, ISPA members must sign up via the organisation's website – following this they will be sent a code via email which is redeemable for two one-hour virtual coaching sessions.

“ICF and ISPA both recognise that opportunities for professional growth are more important than ever in times of crisis,” said Mark Ruth, ICF director of strategic partnerships.

“We’re honoured to connect ISPA members with credentialed coaches who will help them prepare for the future and prepare to safely reopen their businesses.”
