PRESS RELEASE

Introducing Trybe Overnights: The latest feature from Trybe Software

25 Jun 2026
Trybe Overnights / Trybe

Trybe software is proud to announce the launch of Trybe Overnights, an overnight booking engine for spa-inclusive packages. Guests have the ability to book their overnight stay, treatments, dining and activities all in one centralised location. This gives guests full control over their booking experience, allowing them to conveniently plan their stay at their own pace, from anywhere, any time.

Properties working with Trybe, Guestline, Mews, and/or Resdiary and Sevenrooms will have access to an all-in-one innovative solution that prioritises simplicity, convenience and efficiency for both business operations and their guests' experience. The room element of a guest’s booking will land automatically into the PMS, the spa and leisure element of a booking will filter directly into Trybe, and the dining component flows directly into ResDiary or Sevenrooms. Opera Cloud is also due later this year, with further integration partners lined up too.

The new feature launch has the potential to increase revenue by enabling guests to seamlessly book their entire experience in one place, eliminating the need for multiple browsers, links, emails, or phone calls. Beyond revenue growth, we're also seeing significant time-saving efficiencies reported by our early beta customers, results we're very excited to share more about in due course.

Additionally, Trybe’s software offers personalised suggestions for treatments, experiences, and retail products, allowing for seamless and personalised upselling opportunities. In 2025, Trybe’s average upsell value was £266.

Matthew Wallace Jnr, director of Cairndale Hotel, commented, “The launch of Trybe’s overnight booking functionality is a significant step forward for spa and leisure operators looking to create a more seamless guest journey. As a business offering luxury spa breaks and overnight experiences, we recognise the importance of allowing guests to browse, personalise and book their entire stay through a single, intuitive platform. Enhancements such as this not only improve the booking experience for guests but also help operators maximise revenue opportunities and operate more efficiently. The team have been thoroughly helpful throughout the process too which made it all the easier.”

The automated nature of Trybe enhances all operations into one centralised hub, saving businesses valuable time that can now be redirected towards providing personalised, in-person interactions with guests instead of manual booking tasks and payment processing. With its user-friendly interface, businesses can streamline their operations and deliver a more tailored guest experience, resulting in heightened customer satisfaction and increased revenue.

Ricky Daniels, co-founder of Trybe, stated, “Trybe is created for the industry, by the industry, and we understand that guest experience is paramount. The introduction of Trybe Overnights is an industry first development that promises to elevate the experience for both businesses and their guests. I'm also really excited about the revenue uplift and the time savings it delivers for operational teams, freeing them up to focus on what matters most: the guest. We're incredibly proud to launch Trybe Overnights, and it's something that's revolutionising the guest experience”.
