Spa and leisure booking platform Trybe has integrated its service with direct booking platform Revinate to help hospitality clients understand the guest decision-making process and generate revenue.
Booking data from Trybe’s platform is plugged into Revinate’s system, enhancing guest profiles with preferences and insights that go beyond those related to accommodation.
This integration allows hotels to understand what specific guests are looking for and to tailor their promotions and engagements accordingly.
The real-time syncing between the two platforms eliminates the need for manual data handling, which can boost hotels’ operational efficiency.
More relevant and personalised communication with guests, based on these combined in-depth insights, can also foster stronger guest loyalty.
