Burani Designer Holding acquires stake in STB

Burani Designer Holding (BDH) has signed a letter of intent with Italian entrepreneur Leandro Gualtieri for the acquisition of an equity interest in Società delle Terme e del Benessere (STB), a company that manages thermal spas and resorts in Tuscany, Italy.

BDH offers Italian lifestyle products and services to customers worldwide, via a number of investments in operating companies.

STB’s Tuscan portfolio includes the Grotta Giusti natural spa resort, the Fonteverde Natural Spa Resort in San Casciano dei Bagni and the Bagni di Pisa, a resort housed in a converted 18th-century residence.
