Caudalie opens fourth London Boutique Spa in Notting Hill
POSTED 25 Oct 2019 . BY Megan Whitby
Caudalie has 39 boutique spas worldwide and has already opened three London locations: Covent Garden, Northcote Road and Islington.

The boutiques make visitors feel as if they are at the Vinotherapie Spa in Bordeaux. They are true havens of wellbeing in the middle of the city.

French beauty brand, Caudalie, is opening its fourth London boutique spa in Notting Hill.

The new spa has two treatment rooms and offers facials, massages and body scrubs.

Caudalie has 39 boutique spas worldwide and has already opened three London locations: Covent Garden, Northcote Road and Islington.

The Islington spa has three double treatments rooms and one large VIP double treatment room.

Co-founded by Mathilde and Bertrand Thomas, Caudalie uses grapevine and grape extracts to develop all of their products. The brand originates from a vineyard in Southern France, using the residual grape products from the vineyard’s harvests.

On arrival at the Notting Hill spa, guests receive a complimentary instant beauty mini facial. Clients are offered a skin diagnosis by Vinotherapists including advice tailored to their skins specific needs.

The diagnosis involves a skin scanner, a professional diagnostic Caudalie branded tool which produces a skin analysis in a few minutes.

The equipment takes photos through a lens that enlarges the skin 30 times and provides a full analysis using three types of light: polarised, UV and normal.

Clients can find out about their skin’s hydration/elasticity, sebum, melanin, acne and wrinkles, and will be given bespoke advice on the best skincare routine to follow according to their needs and skin type.

Jean-Christophe Samyn, director of Caudalie UK and Ireland, said: “The boutiques make visitors feel as if they are at the Vinotherapie Spa in Bordeaux.” He continued, “They are true havens of wellbeing in the middle of the city”.
