Corinthia Hotels is set to debut in the Middle East in 2030 with a brand-new hotel, residences and luxury spa in Dubai
The destination will be housed in a 500-metre-high structure set to become one of the world's tallest buildings
Corinthia says it's poised to establish a spa offering at Corinthia Dubai that will set a new standard for luxury wellness in the city
Corinthia's development pipeline already includes live projects in Rome, Bucharest, Doha, Riyadh, Malta and the Maldives
Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties (DGP) have partnered to develop a new five-star hotel and residential complex in the heart of Dubai, marking Corinthia's debut in the Middle East.

The new-build project will include a next-generation wellness centre, Corinthia Wellness, which the operator says will offer an extensive range of health-focused services, including indoor and outdoor pools, modern fitness equipment and personal training overseen by health and wellbeing specialists.

At over 500 meters, the two-tower Corinthia Dubai will rise as one of the tallest buildings in the world, sitting prominently along Sheikh Zayed Road. The development will feature a cantilevered sky lobby extending 200 meters above the ground and the world’s highest outdoor sky pool, offering 360-degree views of the city.

Atkins Réalis will lead the architectural and engineering work, with Corinthia Group’s QP company managing the project. The development is expected to be completed by 2030.

In addition to its spa, Corinthia Dubai will offer a grand ballroom, event spaces, five restaurants and bars and a private members' club – all set against panoramic sea and city views. Multiple rooftop pools, including private options for select penthouses and residences, will complete the offering.

Simon Casson, CEO of Corinthia Hotels, said: “We’re proud and honoured to be bringing the Corinthia brand to Dubai, a city I know and love from my decade-long residence here.

“This architectural gem honours the ambitious vision set forth by the inspired leadership of Dubai and is made possible by our valued partnership with DGP. Both the hotel and residences will be defining in their design and level of aspirational luxury; matched only by the elevated, intuitive service levels delivered by the people of Corinthia, with the Spirit of Corinthia.”

The Dubai project joins Corinthia’s development pipeline which already includes ongoing projects in Rome, Bucharest, Doha, Riyadh and new resorts in Malta and the Maldives.
