The recent Green Spa Network Fall Congress at the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa in Colorado, US, explored the core greening issues affecting the spa industry.

The event examined new means to support green initiatives as well as nurturing stronger community ties and recalibrating spa models - such as the value proposition of spas and why people visit them and how spas can adapt best to a changing economy.
