As of March 2025, select Hilton guestrooms around the globe will offer access to digital science-backed wellness content from leading wellbeing app Calm
Hilton says the new partnership has been secured to "address consumers’ increasing preference for wellness"
Guests will be able to benefit from guided meditations, Sleep Stories, calming soundscapes and mindfulness exercises directly from their in-room TV, with no subscription required
The announcement follows Hilton's recent expansion of its in-room fitness partnership with Peloton, which offers new guestroom exercise amenities for guests
Recognising the growing importance of wellness to travellers, Hilton has partnered with Calm – a leading global app for sleep, meditation and relaxation – to promote holistic wellbeing throughout the customer journey.

Launching in March 2025, the new partnership will see Calm’s science-backed content designed to reduce stress, improve sleep and enhance mental clarity integrated into Hilton’s proprietary Connected Room Experience technology.

Guests will have access to guided meditations, Sleep Stories, calming soundscapes and mindfulness exercises directly from their in-room TV, with no subscription required.

“At Hilton, we believe every stay should offer an opportunity to feel better – mind and body – while you’re with us and beyond,” said Amanda Al-Masri, Hilton’s vice president of wellness.

“Our partnership with Calm is an exciting step in redefining travel by providing guests with accessible tools to relax, reset and feel invigorated throughout their stay. By weaving mindfulness into the stay experience, we’re empowering guests to recharge and make the most of why they came, so they leave feeling refreshed and ready for whatever comes next.”

Fergal Walker, vice president of partnerships at Calm, added: "Travel isn't just about the destination – it's about how you feel while you're there.

"By integrating Calm into Hilton's Connected Room Experience, we're meeting travellers where they are with mindfulness and sleep content they’ll enjoy – whether dealing with jet lag, prepping for a big meeting or unwinding on a family vacation."

Elevating the offering
The Calm partnership follows Hilton’s recent rollout of complimentary Peloton on-demand classes, now available on guestroom TVs. Travellers can access a variety of workouts, including yoga, barre, cardio, strength, stretching and Pilates – with no equipment required.

To keep guests engaged, new Peloton classes will be added every six months, ensuring returning visitors always have fresh options to explore.

The tie-up builds on Hilton’s existing collaboration with Peloton, which already equips the hotel group’s gyms and supports its Five Feet to Fitness rooms, featuring in-room exercise equipment.
