Hyatt is set to open a new hotel and spa in Bangkok, Thailand after signing a management agreement with Grande Asset Hotels and Property.
Hyatt Regency Bangkok, Sukhumvit is scheduled to open in 2017 and will be the first Hyatt Regency-branded hotel in Bangkok.
Designed by Thai architecture firm, Office of Bangkok Architects and PIA Interior, the hotel will offer 288 guestrooms, including 26 suites.
A spa will also feature with six treatment rooms, a fitness centre and a swimming pool.
Situated on Sukhumvit Road Soi 13, the hotel will be part of a mixed-use development that includes a residential tower and a boutique shopping centre.
More than 1,000sq m (10,764sq ft) of meeting space including a ballroom will also be on offer.
