Irish Spa Association delivering webinar series dedicated to industry re-activation
POSTED 06 May 2020 . BY Megan Whitby
The first webinar was followed up by the publication of a free ‘Business Continuity Workbook' for spas
Industry body, the Irish Spa Association (ISA), is developing a re-activation plan guided by industry experts, leaders and government agencies.

The plan’s resources are designed to help the industry navigate the post-coronavirus landscape and are being released on a rolling basis through a four-part webinar series titled ‘Preparing for the new normal’.

The first webinar was followed up by the publication of a ‘Business Continuity Workbook’, a guide for spa businesses on how to take this time to housekeep and review business in order to prepare smarter working solutions in advance of re-opening.

In a statement, the ISA announced: “While any re-opening will be contingent on evolving public health advice, we have developed a blueprint to ensure you have the guidelines to emerge from this pandemic stronger than ever.

“We are with you in solidarity at this time of uncertainty and change, and as a community, we have come together to support and guide. We believe this is the time to show true leadership and look to find opportunity.”

The workbook is free to download and can be found here.

The second online session – called 'The Blueprint' – will feature a comprehensive presentation and conversation surrounding the industry-specific guidelines and a business continuity plan for Ireland.

The webinar is scheduled for 7 May at 11am and will be hosted by ISA co-founders Anita Murray and Peigin Crowley.
