Luxury lifestyle living comes to Las Vegas
POSTED 28 Mar 2017 . BY Rebecca Barnes
Spa, fitness and lifestyle consultancy and management firm WTS International has launched South Beach Resort, a multi-family residential oasis in Las Vegas created by visionary developer Bob Schulman.

The 220-unit apartment complex defines luxury hotel-to-home living, providing a unique residential experience and world-class amenities, moments from the Las Vegas strip.

WTS utilised its 40 years experience when creating South Beach Resort, providing conceptual planning, design and ultimately, the management and oversight of amenity programmes and facilities. This includes single family, multi-family and mixed-use projects.

For WTS, modern multi-family living means developing and delivering innovative lifestyle programmes, events, concierge services and amenities to transform traditional residential spaces.

“Lifestyle living is about merging a person’s busy work life with their leisure interests in a convenient, social, healthy and active community that enhances their overall quality of life,” said WTS senior vice president, Allen Jakubauskas.

With lifestyle, health and wellness the defining features of the complex, the amenities and services are key to the facility’s identity. Schulman believes the resort represents an inspired, first-of-its-kind experience, while benefitting from the legendary Las Vegas vibe.

“This development has amenities and services unlike any in the regional market, as well as being trend-setting within the US,” said Jakubauskas.

“With facilities such as non-stop social, fitness and recreational programmes, a pet spa and services such as telemedicine and fresh food deliveries to chilled food lockers, the resort is the ultimate in lifestyle living.”

Set in acres of grounds, resort homes are tech savvy with state-of-the-art security. Other features and facilities include a 24/7 concierge service; cutting-edge health, fitness and wellness amenities; meditation area; organic garden; on-site luxury guest suites; and customised pet amenities, including dog parks, agility courses and splash pads.

Residents can also take advantage of complimentary classes and workshops, events, evolving speaker series, and day and evening pool parties, poolside pavilion, oversized outdoor viewing screens and a one-of-a-kind vivarium, featuring the world’s first Amazon mini jungle.

The presence of qualified activities and lifestyle directors sets the community apart from others; these Lifestyle Directors focus exclusively on the residents, creating a residential living experience centred on socialisation, community, convenience and fun, with innovative lifestyle programmes, events and residential amenities management.

“Multi-family living is a highly competitive market and developers are increasingly raising the bar with regard to the level, scope and breadth of amenities and services available. WTS is positioned to provide the industry with world-class, trend-leading expertise in the planning and operation of these experiential communities,” Jakubauskas concludes.
