Spa consultancy Raison d'Etre has launched a new Spa Operational Support (SOS) scheme for the spa industry.
Aiming to help turn around underperforming spas, the service will include support on specific operational areas such as audits, revenue & profit maximisation, product consultation and general trouble shooting.
The company's spa audit systems includes a three to four day on-site assessment which results in an action plan for improvements.
