Regent Hotels & Resorts is set to launch a new property in Doha, Qatar in Q4 2013.
Located in the Bin Mahmoud residential and business district, Regent Doha features 365 rooms, suites and villas as well as a Presidential suite.
The resort will house a spa with 10 treatment rooms as well as steam baths and a wave pool.
Other facilities include a health club and squash courts as well as an outdoor pool.
Doha-based KEO International is responsible for the architecture, while the interior design is being carried out by DSGN.
Dining options include a Thai restaurant, grill and steak House, lobby lounge and a jazz bar and lounge.
A 2,500 sq m (26,910 sq ft) ballroom catering to 1,500 guests will be on offer along with five meeting rooms and four boardrooms.
