Tools and technology play such a huge part in skincare
– Monica Poli |
“Nowadays tools and technology play such a huge part in skincare and we see a desire for effective, multi-tasking products that customers can use at home,” said Monica Poli, Comfort Zone skin science and technology manager.
To answer this demand, the brand has launched the Facial Roller, a non-invasive tool used to stimulate local microcirculation and promote better absorption of products.
The roller can be used by therapists during treatments and can also be purchased after the treatment so customer can continue their routine at home.
Poli added: “Our new Facial Roller is a manual massage tool to help users enhance the benefits of their skincare routine. Made from biodegradable zinc alloy, the roller is cleverly designed with a pointed surface. Through delicate and repetitive movements over the skin, this design helps to release tension while stimulating superficial nerve fibres, improving microcirculation and therefore enhancing the effectiveness of our formulas.”
The tool is designed to be used in combination with Comfort Zone’s Sublime Skin hero line, formulated to correct wrinkles, stimulate collagen production and loss of tone.
The design of the new Sublime Skin Facial Roller was inspired by physiotherapy and acupuncture techniques.
