US-based spa and massage equipment specialist Earthlite has announced a new partnership with investment firm Valesco Industries, as revealed by CEO Jim Chenevey.
"Valesco aims to provide Earthlite with the growth capital necessary to realise our ambitious expansion plans," stated Chenevey.
"Together with our sister companies – Living Earth Crafts, Continuum Pedicure Spas, and Tara Spa Therapy – Earthlite has numerous exciting growth opportunities.
“With Valesco's financial support and operational guidance, we’re well-positioned to capitalise on the strength of our revered brands and our robust pipeline of innovative and proprietary products."
Valesco, known for investing in a range of manufacturing and branded consumer products companies, is making its first foray into the wellness sector with this partnership.
Heather Hubbard, Valesco's managing partner and a self-proclaimed wellness enthusiast, expressed openness to further investments in the industry.
"We see a clear vision for how Earthlite will continue to grow and innovate," said Hubbard. "We’re excited to partner with the industry leader in spa and wellness equipment."
