Luxury skincare brand Elemis has partnered with Scottish designer Karen Mabon to create a limited edition version of its best-selling Pro-Collagen Marine Cream to support Women for Women International (WfWI).

Elemis has pledged to donate £35k ($49.4k, €39.7k) from the sale of the cream to WfWI, a non-profit organisation that helps survivors of war rebuild their lives. This is the third year that the company has lent its support to the charity which provides emotional and financial support, as well as education and training for women from war-torn countries.

Oriele Frank, co-founder and CMO at Elemis, says: "Giving back is part of our DNA. While striving to create innovative products and treatments, the heart of our business is people’s wellbeing.Contributing to changing people’s lives is what helps to make a difference. We choose charities close to our hearts, that we feel really make an impact."

Frank adds: "Our donation will allow Women for Women International to help reach their recruitment goal: bringing 15,000 women through a training program that gives these women the tools they need to support their children and transform their lives forever."

In addition Elemis has launched the Pro-Collagen Starter Collection, a curated gift set containing four of the company’s best selling products from the Pro-Collagen range. It is designed to instantly hydrate and firm, leaving the skin renewed and glowing, and features the Pro-Collagen Marine Cream SPF30, the Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm, the Pro-Collagen Advanced Eye Treatment and the Pro-Collagen Hydra-Gel Eye Mask.
