Software provider TAC - The Assistant Company has appointed Guenther Poellabauer as its new managing director, working alongside Thomas Roessler.
Poellabauer will continue to hold his current position of director, marketing and sales, to which he was appointed in 2008.
TAC said high business growth and the demand for further innovative development led to the move.
Prior to working at TAC, Poellabauer has roles in sales, marketing and business development at Siemens.
