Celebrating excellence: winners of 10th annual World Spa Awards announced

World Spa Awards – the global initiative to celebrate and reward excellence in the spa and wellness sector – has revealed the coveted winners of its landmark 10th annual programme
The programme spanned 10 categories and 355 awards, covering top destinations ranging from luxury resorts and wellness retreats to eco spas and urban sanctuaries
Winners were chosen through a year-long voting process, gathering input from industry professionals, media and the public, showcasing both renowned names and rising stars
The World category featured standout winners including The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Marrakech (Best Resort Spa) and SHA Mexico (Best New Wellness Retreat)
Awards season remains in full swing for the spa and wellness industry as the winners of the 2024 World Spa Awards have now been revealed. The annual awards, now in their 10th year, are a global initiative designed to celebrate and reward excellence in spa and wellness tourism.

With 355 accolades up for grabs this year, the awards were split into 10 categories: World (42), Africa (33), Asia (55), Caribbean (25), Europe (78), Indian Ocean (8), Latin America (20), Middle East (33), North America (44) and Oceania (17).

Winners are determined following a year-long search for the world’s top spa and wellness brands. Votes were cast by industry professionals, the media and the general public.

This year's awards showcased a remarkable variety of destinations – from urban sanctuaries and cruise line spas to medical wellness clinics, remote resorts, mountain retreats and more – reflecting the diversity of the flourishing spa and wellness industry.

• World's Best Hotel Spa Brand 2024: Mandarin Oriental (for the third year running)
• World's Best Wellness Retreat Brand 2024: Miraval Resorts & Spas
• World's Best Aromatherapy Brand 2024: Aromatherapy Associates (for the third year running)

World Spa Awards – the global initiative to celebrate and reward excellence in the spa and wellness sector – has revealed the coveted winners of its landmark 10th annual programme
