Spa directors all around the world experience last minute changes, no shows and cancellations which can truly take a toll on your spa revenue if not addressed and managed effectively. SpaSoft has advanced tools and creative ways to convert those lost sales into future revenue.

Turn Away Tracking

SpaSoft’s enhanced Turn Away Tracking allows spa management to record customer behavior and discover trends that are making them lose business. The Turnaway Tracking report will allow spa directors to adapt their operations to increase guest booking. They can implement expanding therapist availability, increase the number of therapists during peak times, or offer a yield pricing to encourage customers to come during non-peak hours depending on trends they observe in their spa.

Turn cancellations into a Gift Certificate or Spa Credit

Cancellations and no shows can be incredibly frustrating for both the spa and guests alike, as spas either lose revenue for the service or charge a cancellation fee which results in upset guests. Remove both of those and convert cancellations into a gift certificate for the guest. This encourages them to come back to your spa and eliminates the possibility of an upset guest. This also assures that you will get revenue in the future, helping to boost customer loyalty in the process.

Spas are known for that one amazing treatment or therapist, and it is quite common for guests to be placed on a waitlist. With real-time technology, once a cancellation is made, the SpaSoft system will notify the front desk agent to contact the next guest on the waitlist to inform them that a spot has become available. For guests that were on the waitlist but didn’t receive an appointment, they can be offered a discounted price for any future visit.
